Spring Loaded Cable Reel complete with 45 inches of approx. 1/8-in. dia. aircraft cable that maintains a constant 10 lbs. or 5 lbs of pull. Reel has 2 ea. Heavy-duty dog leash type swivel snaps and a nice Velcro attaching strap.
